This team decided that it is time to start a movement of inclusion in the same way Amsterdam has started its journey for LGBTQIA+ rights. Therefore, they hosted a borrel for the LGBTQIA+ community, where they served colorful food that mainly consists of "rescued" or "disregarded" food. Their choice of food reflects ways of saving food from being thrown away: pickling, including it into sauces or changing its purpose (for example, using chips crumbs as panko).
