For the Food Waste To Finish assignment, this group has decided to find a charity to donate money to. The team has chosen the Charity Benekids. As Benekids is not able to sell these beers due to legal regulations of the expiration date, thus leading to a negative contribution of food waste, the team decided to use beers to make bread. Therefore, this project not only creates a product from beers that would have ended being wasted, but also continues to decrease the waste per capita of the prospected consumers.
