This team collected as many ‘rejected’ bell peppers as possible and made rescued ketchup out of it! After a successful Wednesday (rescuing Bell Peppers, washing, cutting and cooking) they were ready for step #2 - The making of the "Saved by the Bell Pepper Jam". However, it was 7:00 in the morning when they entered the fridge of HTH to pick up the Bell Peppers and were welcomed by an unpleasant smell of some crates.
An unwanted fermentation process was in progress... That left them with one option: STOP their mission, but after having called the Farmers again, they received some new Bell Peppers.
